Exchange Conditions:
- You can exchange products within seven days of receiving the order.
- The product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and unused.

The customer bears the exchange fee (35 AED) if the product is intact. In case of a manufacturing defect, the store bears the shipping fees.
